We want you to be fully possessed by your new gear, but if it's not a perfect fit, we offer returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unwashed, and unworn condition to qualify for a trip back to the barge.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack the Goods
Securely pack your items in the original packaging if possible, ensuring all tags are attached and the items are free of pet hair or wear.
Ship It Back
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, affix it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
